Pros
Lots of hands-on experience, Great people to work with who have years of experience. Business is doing really well as compared to other North American divisions
Cons
Once they know that you are not staying very long, they don't give any meaningful work or projects. Sometimes they fire people without reason (or at least without telling the employee clearly why)
