Insurance is high because it's a smaller company, but the benefits are still great and the pros outweigh it.

So many pros!! The culture is amazing and everything you want in a company. Upper management is so involved and cares a lot about their employees. Tons of room to grow, train in new things, and never scared to say I need more from them. The work-life balance is more than I could ask for in a company. As an intern, they taught me a lot and are want to see me grow and succeed. 100% would recommend Arcamed to everyone I know.
