      Pros

      -Collaborative workplace with teammates -Feel like you're a part of the team and important to the company, no matter your position - Entrepreneurial spirit -Co-working space! -Management is open to any ideas or suggestions -Exposure to Training/Certifications that most companies do not provide or offer to you. -The amount of learning that will be had at this company and in any position is endless, so take it all in and take notes! -Rapidly growing company and the possibility to grow with the agency!

      Cons

      If you are someone who enjoys having an office/cubicle, then you may not enjoy the co-working space feel, but in my opinion, it helps keep my day going, and you will vibe off the remarkable energy in this space!

      Pros

      Leadership extends a high level of trust from the start, and that trust goes both ways. Innovation and taking initiative are built into how the company operates. If you're someone who likes to take ownership, bring ideas to the table, and drive things forward without layers of bureaucracy, you'll find a lot of room to do that here and grow throughout the process. Company policies are fair, and I've never had Benefits this generous. It's not complicated...meet expectations, be transparent, and you'll never have a problem. Leadership isn't looking over your shoulder, they're invested in your success as collectively if we're all successful then the entire company thrives. If you need a lot of hand-holding, this might not be the best fit for you. But if you're self-motivated and value a culture built on mutual respect and accountability, this is a great place to grow.
