      The organization has no vision, the company existed almost 2 and decades and no growth, they don't value talent, and HR policies sucks, they fire people when they are out of the project, they lack vision.

      30 - 40% Salary Hike every year. Free food (If WFO) Friendly HR and team mates

      Cons

      No JIRA or any other good tools. No work life balance. There is no process or methodology, any day any bug can arrive and everything will be blamed on QA team.
