      Arcadia allows some of it's employees to work remotely

      Cons

      I worked at this company for nearly three years before my colleague and I were abruptly laid off via email. To make matters worse, we were not given the remaining leave credits we were owed and lost access to important communication channels like Slack without warning. We are now forced to follow up on our delayed salary payments as well. This experience was incredibly traumatic and has left a lasting negative impact on us.

      Pros

      A definite leader in its industry and is punching above its weight in the market. The team works well together and decisions are made quickly and with determination. Work is never boring, in fact, there are more things to do than there is time given the spur of interest in the industry. Open and friendly culture, so if you need help, call on anyone and they will be here to help. Very helpful and every opinion matters. High performing team.

      Work is intense and the team punches above its weight but does not suffer fools. So if you cannot catch up, you may feel the strain and stress which may result in a very negative work experience, as everyone is quick on their feet and moves so fast.

      Glitchy system and horrible customer service! i would never use their product ever again!!
