Pros
So far working at Arcadia Data has been a very good experience. The engineers I work with are all top-notch and care about delivering quality and value. It's a very collaborative environment with very little ego. The company moves at a fast pace (which I like) with very sane time budgets (basically the engineers are listened to). I feel empowered to fix issues that I see. I enjoy that I'm mostly engineering vs. sitting in meetings. The co-founders and executives that I have interacted with all seem to be making the right moves and are all very approachable and open. Arcadia Data as a whole seems to be making great forward progress and customers seem very happy with the product. Typically I'd have something to complain about at a company after a year, but so far I'm very happy with the work, environment, management and company outlook. Very little turnover in employees since I've been here.
Cons
It's a bit difficult for me to find any cons. The company is a bit distributed, but in general we work very well as a cohesive team.
