Excellent coworkers. Excellent lower level managers and functional partners.
Cons
New executive leadership have made significant cuts to benefits. The culture is on a downward trajectory. ArcBest Technologies’ pay scale has always been below competitive standards, but the low COL, company culture, and flexible work schedule was enough to compensate for a lower wage. Sadly, this is no longer the case. A 27 year old flexible hours program has been revoked and the culture is in decline. We expect the RTO mandate to be dropped any moment now.
