People are promoted to their highest level of incompetidence HR is there only to protect managers People often cry because it's such an awful working environment Inconsistent messaging - some departments are allowed to live the brand while others can't even take a lunch or go to the gym Lots of backstabbing and gossip Culturally it's the worst place I have ever experienced. They do not live their brand, they squash talent, and are afraid to use new technology. People who have only worked there won't listen to new ideas. Do not pay at market level
