There are a lot of resources The other teams besides Molson Coors are not bad and can be great opportunities overall There are some great managers outside of the MC team
Cons
No mobility Molson Coors team specific: rampant bullying, of especially younger creatives, - to the point where many I've talked to have PTSD from working there. Do not plan to move around Publicis Groupe
