No ef or pf. Have to write 3000 words per day. For some it might be easy but for some it may be impossible task. But if you can write 3K words per day, you can take rest the rest of the day. No additional works. But salary will be detected if you didn't complete 3000 words per day.

The manager at Arc Digitech is highly supportive. She has always guided me everything properly. I do made mistakes, however, she corrected them positively.

They have a low salary range. However, it can get increase too.
