Pros
Internally there is a lot of transparency on the company's goal, operations and structure. Leadership is very involved in ensuring the team is well taken care of and that we all have the freedom to work independently. Everyone is very high functioning and open to conversations to improve both personally and professionally. This is an excellent company to work for if you are a self-driven person who works well on your own.
Cons
The only downside is you might not be able to stop being excited! Lol. Working for ArborXR is a dream! There isn't a dull moment working for a fantastic team who strives for excellence to create an incredible product for its clients.
