remote work, can sometimes have ok work life balance depending on team and manager, small company gives opportunities to take ownership, many staff are nice people
Cons
running with a skeleton crew since last two rounds of layoffs, tech is dated, high technical debt, little wiggle room to push back on client demands b/c of barely stable finances, company just trying to limp over the finish line to acquisition, standard issue bad leadership that makes shortsighted decisions and prioritizes saving a buck today over staff or client interests
