Pros

-People you interact with daily are very kind and dedicated to the end goals of the company -Lots of opportunities to learn new skills -a culture of helping people complete their tasks

Cons

-No Job Security -You'll always feel like you're on a sinking ship minutes from going under. -They fired a ton of people across all teams back in September 2021. A short 5 minute zoom call and we were disposed of. Directors were given a quota of people to cut, and they made their choices. Very unprofessional and cruel. I saw earlier this month (Jan 2022) that they are hiring across all positions again. Warning: I enjoyed my time here but would warn anyone against joining this company. They hired so many new people just months before they fired them [and others] across the board. Some people had just moved into the area for work, but were blindsided and left without work. They were barely hanging on to meet the demands of their customers when I was let go, and you could feel customers becoming more and more frustrated with the promises ArborMetrix would make to them but the fewer and fewer human resources that existed to actually make them happen. I wish them all the best but would not recommend people join this company if you want a place that feels stable and where you feel invested in. You can't run a lasting business if you rely on reducing your manpower to the point where people are burning out, constantly stressed, and consistently having to make false promises to customers to keep them happy.

Pros

Teammates were stellar. Good people hire good people!

Cons

The moment you decided to rebuild the entire tech stack with new developers who didn’t understand the existing complex infrastructure was when you doomed the company. If you had listened to the people doing the operational work this company could have been a success. We cut corners everywhere because executives promised tech we couldn’t deliver.
