1. The company appointed a new CEO in May 2021 and went through "a reduction in force" in September 2021. Around 20% of employees were laid off over zoom within a few hours with no opportunities for knowledge-transfer. The company did not have a clear path moving forward until late December. 2. A lot of people are leaving/have left since September 2021. 3. Senior leadership team/Executive team is not transparent about their decision-making processes. 4.Salary didn't get adjusted in 2021 and performance review was delayed without any explanations. 5.Career paths of junior employees are determined by senior leadership team members (not your immediate managers)
