Executive director frequently changes rules and doesn't clearly inform all employees and then gets confrontational when employees are not preforming task a certain way. Rotating schedule, so its hard to have a home life. New employees are hired at a higher wage than existing ones. No raises unless your promoted to med-aid. Anytime hr or the executive manager walk into break room they question anyone in there.
