      6% 401K match and bank holidays

      Cons

      Training from binders. NO career advancement, many layers of mid management, toxic old-school work culture. You are an employee number. Morale is low, very easy to lose motivation. We were reminded every other week that we were lucky we were given the opportunity to work hybrid. Pizza party every couple of years.

      Hybrid work schedule was nice.

      Cons

      Upper management is clueless to the daily operations of their staff and refuse to listen to the experts in their fields. Pay is low compared to other companies in the same industry. Respect is non existent if management doesn’t “like you”. At one point before I left, I was waking up with so much anxiety that I would throw up daily. This place isn’t good for mental health.
