Decent insurance benefits, nice caregiver who trained newcomers.

Bad quality food: overcooked, dry and hard for old teeth to chew, too many bread items, overspiced or underspiced, too large of portion sizes for old, non-athletic residents. Compensation too low ($9/hr) Low standards of cleanliness throughout building: Coworkers throw items in trash cans without liners in them, and often left trash cart wet and filthy at the bottom after emptying contents in dumpster...third world country? Full time soon dwindled to 2 days per week on the schedule...why? "Too few residents" is not convincing when all employees are complaining that there are too few workers on staff.. Unaccountability on certain coworker's behaviour toward fellow coworker and residents: impatience and disrespect. Needs monitoring and mentoring.
