      Pros

      Excellent work environment, has realistic goals and reasonable work times, very good place to grow and learn, I would work there again

      Cons

      The salary is good and the increases are reasonable but the market has very high salaries. I resigned from Aranda for a salary increase elsewhere, but as advice I tell you not to make that mistake I made, I left an excellent workplace for more money.

      They are a great company with some very talented people working with them, its no wonder they are leading the market in latin america

      Cons

      I would say most of them dont speak very good english which is major downfall because with their talent they can easily become global if they have the enlgish skils
