If you are in the field of translation/localization then Arabize is a good place for beginners to learn. Also if you are in the HR or auditing departments, Arabize is a good place to be inspired by a lot of ideas regarding improvement, management flaws, what to do & what not to do.

-Not following the company's values in applying work processes. -Unclear job descriptions. -No promising career paths. -Low salaries. -Lack of care & attention to the services providing departments such as the internal auditing & the HR. -Not applying what the internal auditing department recommend. -Not completing the implementation of ideas; no follow up. -Unfairness in judging due to lack of evaluation criteria on all levels. -Not learning from the past & repeating the same mistakes; no place to keep historical data in an organized way to be open for everyone. -Poor communication skills between the management levels & the operational levels. -No investment in the employees training needs for years. -Poor hygiene regarding the kitchen tools (towls & boilers). -No comfortable chairs for the employees who work for many hours. -Very poor risk management framework implementation; unsuitable to face any crisis or risk due to giving lack of attention to that matter. -Poor sense of innovation. -More meetings, less actions. -Unqualified employees in certain positions. -No accomplishing of the company's strategic goals; lack of organizing. -No codes are set to unite the employees.
