1. C level are not qualified to run this company 2. No vision nor strategy 3. Each month they surprise you with deduction due to KPIs or wrong calculation from thier side 4. Differentiation between teams how to calculate KPIs some do it manually and some calculated from Jira 5. PMs are not doing thier role as a PM they are project coordinators 6. CEO is just facilitating the office and deducting salaries 7. Non renewable contracts is happening regularly even with good candidates 6. No working from home
