Pros
Well organised and a nice place to work. I had the chance to learn a lot. Nice quite office that let you think a lot and work on your things. Open door policy, everyone is very helpful.
Cons
If you are new to insurance, it could actually take a while to get hold of things. Its better you learn something before you jump in.
