Pros

When I joined the company, I had no previous experience with coding but, when I was leaving the company I found myself more proficient in coding than my other friends working for "BIG NAMES HERE" and owing to what I have learned at Aquevix and constant support from the CEO Mr Amit Jindal, I got selected for a reputed University in the United Kingdom. Mr Amit Jindal would go to any lengths (from training by himself or buying you a course) if you show interest in any other new tech and in some cases will sit right next to you and help you when needed. He always pushes people to achieve more (ALERT: DO NOT SIGN UP IF WANT TO STICK TO ONLY ONE AGING TECH). I worked as a Django/Python Developer but, I ended up coding in a few more frameworks like Vue and React as well. Every Thursday (or Wednesday), the company organizes a knowledge sharing session and the rules of the session do not restrict an individual to just coding, I remember one of the members was teaching about Cosmology (Does your company let you do that? If yes, Hi-5). Oh, I forget to mention my progress within the company, I joined as a Trainee and within two months I got promoted to a permanent position of Django/Python Developer (Do not ask me my salary Hike :P It was about 25% hike!).

Cons

The knowledge sharing sessions should be longer when Mr Amit Jindal is on stage :P

Pros

The work culture is amazing at Aquevix. It is a quality driven company and the managers are really experienced and talented. You won't ever find yourself being micromanaged or given neddless taks just so they can throw their weight around. The CEO is actually a very inspiring person who takes genuine interest in helping the employees of the company excel at a personal level. You are grommed and mentored here and that is what is most important for employees in the early stages of their career. I'd say that for employees who are still in the early part of their career, this is a very good organization to become a part of, to learn to excel and grow. Since it is a growing company, there is a huge room for personal growth as well and moving to bigger position within the organization.

Cons

None as such. However, the quality of projects is quite high and strict deadlines are to be met. This means that although you will be greatly enhancing your CV working on projects for Fortune companies, celebrities and global brands, the work load may prove to be a little taxing for you and involve extended working hours. So if you live far from Pitampura, it might be a bit of a bother comuuting at odd times and handling the work load. Must say though, working on huge projects is what cuilds a strong career in the first place. So the ambitious won't mind.

Pros

1) Adopting latest technology like swift, angular js, hibernate, spring and so on. 2) Lunch and learn session (where you can share your knowledge) 3) Good for freshers in iOS, and Java developer 4) CEO (great knowledge in technical terms) 5) CEO Willing to teach you new things when in good mood.

Cons

1) No management 2) New HR is not good no clear commitment 3) No discussion for appraisal 4) 2 months delay in getting appraisal with every employees 5) Few employees who really deserve appraisal they will get such a good response from ceo at appraisal time that your performance is not good so we are not giving you any appraisal if you want to work on same salary you can else give resignation. 6) Notice period is 1 month but they will extend 7 days if you take single leave during notice period. 7) No automation testing 8) Only 20 employees left in company. 9) CEO always shout on manager.

Of course we will justify (not try to). Our CEO, Amit sir really takes time and really tries hard to help, teach and grow people who work here. He has taught and helped several employees build great careers. But not to people who don't want to learn. I don't know of any CEO in the industry who helps their employees so much and who holds such high regards for his team members. You are right that we work with these technologies. We work with many others. MQTT, Elastic, Mongo, RabbitMQ and seriously complex architectures. Try to find these in a large company. Appraisal delays are due to demonetization and significant industry slow down. Every company is suffering due to that. If you don't know open your eyes and see the reality of businesses for past 6 months. Amit sir does not even wants to refer to us as "Employees". I know because he told me. He refers to us as "Engineers" and "Team" so that it is not a employer/employee relation but a mutual team relation. So saying something against him is outright wrong. Aquevix is a small organization. Why is that a problem? Only 20 employee left so that is a problem? Aquevix recently changed direction to become focused on mobile tech and reduce other fields. Instagram was 13 employees when it was sold for USD 1 billion and their 13 employees got 100 million. When Tech Mahindra acquired Satyam employees got canned. Go and work for a large company. This is a SLANDER and a LIE that we extend notice by 7 days if you take single leave. We have very clear written policies. In fact when an employee gives notice and has no active project we even allow relieving earlier. If there is an active project we try to negotiate our best. However if you have made a commitment for a longer term and you cheat and try to quit, you are asked to properly transfer. This is the only situation when we have asked for a longer relieving. For employees who deserve appraisal proper appraisals are really given. You may have your own thinking that you deserve it but maybe you don't. It is upto the organisation to judge. CEO shouts on manager? What is this non-sense? What's it to you? He might shout if manager has done something wrong. Customers should at our CEO also when there is a problem. Why should he listen to those when managers mess up? Are you so naive that you think no one will shout if you do a blunder? If you do a blunder CEO helps you recover from that. Aquevix is a small but close knit and technically superior company in every way. You only come here to become good. If that is not what you want, don't come here for a job because you will become another person complaining about it. Ask so many of our past employees who have gone to such good companies with learning they got here.
