Pros
The only pro was the small service team, who although they took crap from management, were really solid folk with great experience to share. They were inclusive and helpful, I’d happily work with any of them again
Cons
The main issues at this company are that they don’t trust staff to do their jobs. They prey on weak people and somehow contort them to be spineless when it comes to mismanagement and treatment. I was shocked and appalled at the way there was no accountability or process in place to deal with issues. There were cameras everywhere and a heavy sense of being watched at all times. Hugely manipulative, crafty in the way they would give you a “choice” but in the end you were watched and if you didn’t do what they wanted then you were never going anywhere, or constructively dismissed as I was. They liked to use the facade that there were” benefits” to working there, but most of the people I knew there were terrified and smoked weed all day to cope with stress.
