Front end employees are great to work with. Benefits are good
Cons
Company has become very top heavy with management. There are constant shuffles and renaming of management titles in order to create more management positions. They are very disconnected from the front-end workers and no longer look at how to contribute to the community, but are more concerned with the executives getting to the top of the ladder.
