      Pros

      AquaSafe is a great company to work for. They truly care about their employees and I saw that from the beginning with their preseason orientation! My supervisor was helpful and very clear about my responsibilities, and they were able to work around my schedule! Lifeguarding for AquaSafe is a blast! Definitely a summer well spent.

      Cons

      The only negative aspect of working for the company was that is stormed occasionally, and lifeguards are still expected to work their entire shift. It seemed silly to me because no one was going to be coming to the pool.

      On the few chances I had an issue my manger would respond very quick and would always resolve the issue shortly.
