Poor management system - Senior Software Developer Aquarious Technology Employee Review

So many cons are there to mention. 1. Management always forces to work extra hour sans benefit. 2. Management fails to give Saturdays off, though they promise it to give at the time of joining. 3. They fail to give basic facilities like, repairing A/C (once we had to wait for 2 months!!! ) or quality tea. 4. Company often fails to give on-time salary, though they mention on offer letter to give it on or before 15th every month. 5. And last but not least, they do paycut for those reasons which they never mention while offering a job!!!
