Their successful careers provide the necessary credibility to create connections with high-demand companies that may have been impossible to create without such established leaders. Additionally, they have insight into corporate America as a whole, and specifically to the Atlanta market. The recruiting software AquantUs uses also takes the firm to another level. We’re able to spend more time getting to know candidates and their goals, and less time with the administrative tasks. Lastly, AquantUs continues to progress in its marketing. Instead of being stuck in antiquated ways of reaching out to potential clients and candidates, AquantUs continues to push the envelope to become a prominent staffing agency.
Cons
As I progress in my career I wish I had more first-hand experience with clients. The founders have invested a great deal of time and their reputation is on the line, so the hold is understandable, but I do wish there was more client interaction.
