Long working hours can be exhausting.

The work was never boring and neither were the co-workers. Did a lot of traveling and having the opportunity to experience different cultures and learn many things on the way. It is a great stepping stone in your career.

The management is unable to understand that the employees are their biggest asset. Consequently they do not offer an environment where one could grow and stay with the company.
