Pros
Paid well in the early days- would move to correct issues fairly quickly and had good direction.
Cons
Became a total Sh*t show. Tons of regulatory issues that were/are mishandled, dishonesty, lack of integrity, unethical practices. When you speak up- you are asked to comply or leave. No vision for the future, no strategy for new products, cash balance has been burned through as a result of the mishandling of regulatory reporting, litigation and just poor business decisions in general. It could have really been something….
