Pros

Best thing to work here is the team. This is one of the few places I know where the whole team will put all their effort towards a common goal. Great environment to grow professionally, because it is a startup, you will be able to learn different technologies and propose tools or methodologies that interest you. You will be heard and your choices will make a difference in the end product, for better or worst.

Cons

And because it is a startup, there's no clear career path, you will need to be proactive and move in the direction that you want to follow, learn and face many challenges out of your scope of expertise, Swiss knife skillset like.

Pros

Product had potential in the digital adoption space In a way it is sad that this is what's happened of a company which had the potential to become big and soo many motivated individuals in the early years who were aligned to the vision

Cons

CEO's leadership style created a toxic work environment employees resigned due to a particular manager brought in from CEO's secong company, yet concerns went unaddressed CEO had a pattern of hiring industry veterans only to abruptly fire them months later when things didn't turn around quickly enough Showed clear favoritism by protecting employees from his previous companies despite multiple complaints about their behavior Made questionable decisions like replacing experienced product leadership with a junior resource who had minimal experience Created a zero-trust environment except for his inner circle Would say one thing to your face while badmouthing people behind their backs 2024 Q3 onwards was chaotic with leadership scrambling to make the product work Seemed more interested in having yes-men who could manage up rather than skilled professionals who could do the actual work
