Pros
Other employees were kind and intelligent, very pleasant to work with. The work was engaging, I had a lot of opportunities to work with diverse tech. Free lunch was provided.
Cons
The CEO lacks communication skills and has anger issues. Miscommunication was frequent and I never saw any improvement during my time there. Even the other C-level officers struggled to figure out what he was expecting. He often prioritized winning an argument over communicating a point effectively and showed a repeated pattern of yelling at his employees.
