I joined aptuit not so long time ago and my experience with this company was horrible and the management was terrible. - I did not receive any induction and training when I started and did not get involved in any kind of project. - I did not have any desk space or computer so we all have to share. - the manager was not listening to me and i several times tried to explain to her that I needed to get involved in a project. - I got called in for a meeting with her and the hr and they fired me straight away without telling me why after 6 weeks. They did not want to admit that they actually did not give me any task to work on. So I was assessed based on nothing. I don't recommend anyone to work in this company as it will harm your career and you will not progress as you expect.
