The corporate office only truly cares about making more money and selling the service. To that end the sales people are given preferential treatment that hostilities run high. Often sales people will leave out crucial details about contract lengths to customers or lie about what pests are actually treatable. When I worked for Aptive we were not provided an office to work out of. We had to rent a space for one day a week for meetings and it was a different place each time. There was no help from upper management and all that was left was broken promises. There were many weeks where I had multiple nights pulling all nighters trying to do the job of three people. There was a definite feeling that the upper management only favored certain individuals that came from a certain state and left everyone else to fend for themselves.
