Pros

A paycheck is all this place is good for. They are great at lying to customers, great at overcharging for crappy services, the position I was hired for, I never did the whole time I was there.

Cons

Company doesn't care just pretends they do, managers lie to your face, job is constantly negatively changing and getting worse every week. 50% of my position was fired within 3 months, 25% quit. They are going to fire the rest once the busy season ends.

Pros

Pay and overtime is great, management is decent, you run your own show- upsell, identify pest problems, know your chemicals, different methods, request inventory products

Cons

It's a lot of hours in summer. You will hate spiderwebs. I enjoy seeing many beautiful gardens and getting to know the local wasps, birds, and lizards- but it's not for everyone. Don't trust everything management says, and bring up issues early and with tact.
