Allows working remote, fairly decent pay.
Cons
Still a very young call center/business. Communication/collaboration is dismal in many areas, especially with support teams. The recent layoffs and heavy offshoring to Colombia and Philippines makes me hesitant to suggest Aptive to any friends or family. Constant town halls about "amazing" growth and revenue performance, yet raises this year were base line and the lowest I've received, in addition to no bonuses which is very confusing and disheartening. Knowing that we're a business and money is the name of the game, the severe layoffs and offshoring doesn't give me a sense of job safety or sense of pride for the place that I work.
