The job is Remote The job was fun at first when they kept the word of what CAM was.
Cons
Management If your equipment is messed up in anyway they will not replace it. You’ll get a write up for that You never know what the job is because they switch it as much as they can Last minute changes that you are not aware of and they will not tell you until you are already dealing with the complaints They added so much work on top of the CAM position as you are now doing 3 other jobs but refuse to make any pay updates. If you complain in any way the only response you get is “thank you for being vulnerable” Oh not to mention the little to no PTO you have if you call in sick they push PTO without your approval. You can not get any time off for emergency without getting in trouble if you run out of the PTO given.
