Pros

Personal work phone they give you after working for a few months.

Cons

The take home vehicle is not a pro as the company sales it. They will fire you if you clock in before you get to your appointments. Even though they force you to store their equipment in your house for free. They do not pay for drive time. You’re also not allowed to use the vehicle for personal use. They also warn you and educate you on how dangerous the product are but for force us to take 8-10 pics while working using our personal phones then right after put that phone to our ears. My face has broken out numerous times . They do not care for your well being . You call off they have their ways of punishing you. I know 8-12 employees pulled in 12 -15 million for Chicago last year and we only make 18.25 . They promised a raise and never gave it. Promise incentives but then the systems always coincidentally fail when it’s time to pay out. Unless you don’t Have a choice I would Go with a different company . The gas card can only be used for your company vehicle which can only be used during work for work. Don’t be fooled

Pros

Pay and overtime is great, management is decent, you run your own show- upsell, identify pest problems, know your chemicals, different methods, request inventory products

Cons

It's a lot of hours in summer. You will hate spiderwebs. I enjoy seeing many beautiful gardens and getting to know the local wasps, birds, and lizards- but it's not for everyone. Don't trust everything management says, and bring up issues early and with tact.
