Pros

In the past, there has been plenty of work to go around. The starting pay is marginally better than their competitors. Good benefits

Cons

This company has zero stability. In one instant you may find yourself receiving a huge promotion out of nowhere. The next day, you might have your job cut with little or no warning. The middle-upper management of this company also does not appear to know what they are doing. Many don’t even understand basic principles of the industry they are in, while others do not appear to have any natural ability to manage, lead, or even empathize with their employees.

Pros

Pay and overtime is great, management is decent, you run your own show- upsell, identify pest problems, know your chemicals, different methods, request inventory products

Cons

It's a lot of hours in summer. You will hate spiderwebs. I enjoy seeing many beautiful gardens and getting to know the local wasps, birds, and lizards- but it's not for everyone. Don't trust everything management says, and bring up issues early and with tact.
