      Meeting new people and learning to talk to several different types of people everyday

      Where do I even start.... •The people above you lie constantly just so they can make an extra buck off you or potential buyers. •There is always a catch to something and no one will tell you anything straight up •EXTREMELY UNETHICAL contract and way of running business. I could easily go into further detail with video recorded proof and examples from several different teams.

      Pros

      Pay and overtime is great, management is decent, you run your own show- upsell, identify pest problems, know your chemicals, different methods, request inventory products

      Cons

      It's a lot of hours in summer. You will hate spiderwebs. I enjoy seeing many beautiful gardens and getting to know the local wasps, birds, and lizards- but it's not for everyone. Don't trust everything management says, and bring up issues early and with tact.
