The aptive way does nothing for the customer. They make you work late sitting in a empty field waiting for a job to come threw. They don’t teach anyone the proper way to do this job. Sales team will lie to customers so you will have to deal with the screaming.

Pros

Pay and overtime is great, management is decent, you run your own show- upsell, identify pest problems, know your chemicals, different methods, request inventory products

Cons

It's a lot of hours in summer. You will hate spiderwebs. I enjoy seeing many beautiful gardens and getting to know the local wasps, birds, and lizards- but it's not for everyone. Don't trust everything management says, and bring up issues early and with tact.
