      Liar bosses. Rip off. Bad hours. No work life balance. Pays in incentive rather than money. Overall scam stay away! DO NOT FALL FOR THE FAKE REVIEWS. There are morning training sessions and part of the session is having their employees WRITE FAKE 5 STAR REVIEWS!!!!!! Products do not work.

      Pay and overtime is great, management is decent, you run your own show- upsell, identify pest problems, know your chemicals, different methods, request inventory products

      Cons

      It's a lot of hours in summer. You will hate spiderwebs. I enjoy seeing many beautiful gardens and getting to know the local wasps, birds, and lizards- but it's not for everyone. Don't trust everything management says, and bring up issues early and with tact.
