Builds quickly then sells out for millions to larger corporations. Then repeats under different name.
Cons
Door to Door sales. Extremely inadequate Low pay in ALL departments. Long hours (60+). Trainings teach you to exaggerate the truth to make sales. Recruiter's lie and tell half truths in orientation. Lowest commission, lowest opportunity for growth within the company, highest turn over rate in the industry. Keeps "back pay" sales from its employees. Lies to its clients. Over works employees. Management is immature, sexual assaulting and racist. (not at every location but there have been some cases.) DO NOT WORK HERE.
