      Great company to work for with plenty of growth and opportunity depending on what you would like to achieve and accomplish!!!

      Cons

      Some days can be longer than others especially in the summer time. This is not a clock in and click out job time and work each day can vary depending on you!!!

      Pros

      Pay and overtime is great, management is decent, you run your own show- upsell, identify pest problems, know your chemicals, different methods, request inventory products

      Cons

      It's a lot of hours in summer. You will hate spiderwebs. I enjoy seeing many beautiful gardens and getting to know the local wasps, birds, and lizards- but it's not for everyone. Don't trust everything management says, and bring up issues early and with tact.
