When you work at active your surrounded by leaders who are dedicated to your growth and success. I’ve never worked anywhere. I’ve had more support and access to knowledgeable mentors. The pay is amazing and all based off your efforts. I have also learned how to invest correctly and make smart financial decisions because of my peers. Another great part about working at Aptive is the events and trips. I have been able to travel to Thailand, Hawaii, Cancun, and many other places because I work at Aptive. One of my favorite events was this year’s welcome back, they were amazing guest speakers, great food, and a great atmosphere. If I ever do work anywhere else I’m sure it’s going to be a difficult transition.
Cons
Because this job is commission based, it is not for lazy people. You eat what you kill in this job so you have to be willing to put in the effort in the hours to gain new skills and become the best version of yourself. If you’re not willing to do that, this isn’t the place for you.
