Aptive is the place to work if you enjoy feeling like your coworkers are your friends. Aptive has worked really hard to create a culture of support and collaboration. Even if we are all working long hours during busy season or feel stressed about meeting a project deadline, I know that I have coworkers that I can call on to assist and lean on when I need extra support.
Cons
Leadership is learning how to effectively communicate big changes company-wide. There has definitely been a learning curve as far as our change management process goes, but grateful for leaders who listen to employee feedback and pivot accordingly.

Pay and overtime is great, management is decent, you run your own show- upsell, identify pest problems, know your chemicals, different methods, request inventory products
Cons
It's a lot of hours in summer. You will hate spiderwebs. I enjoy seeing many beautiful gardens and getting to know the local wasps, birds, and lizards- but it's not for everyone. Don't trust everything management says, and bring up issues early and with tact.
