      Pros

      Management and staff were extremely accommodating and courteous. Space was made for the entire team, and various groups made efforts to spend time with us, introduce themselves, and provide us everything we needed to be comfortable and to be able to work (including some cool swag!). Very grateful for everyone at Aptive and for the experience!

      Pros

      Pay and overtime is great, management is decent, you run your own show- upsell, identify pest problems, know your chemicals, different methods, request inventory products

      Cons

      It's a lot of hours in summer. You will hate spiderwebs. I enjoy seeing many beautiful gardens and getting to know the local wasps, birds, and lizards- but it's not for everyone. Don't trust everything management says, and bring up issues early and with tact.
