      Pros

      The rebranding from Delphi to Aptiv was taken seriously. Well done internally and externally, promo videos, etc. Good compensation.

      Cons

      Lack of teamwork amongst departments. Execs didn't seem to understand the complexity of developing & launching adas systems. Employee turn over high. Call-center seating arrangements.
