      Pros

      Work Culture here is quite healthy. Its enjoyable to work here with minimum to No office politics as far as my current department is concerned

      Cons

      Pay scale is not satisfactory. Also, the office is located far inside Chakan industrial area where cabs and other commute is inaccessible. Have to depend on company's transport or private vehicle

      In the Aptiv Connected Service group has a great team dynamic. Good work life balance. Supportive management. Unlimited vacation.

      Pay is low for the years of experience I have HR is unorganized IT is unhelpful
