Everyone works pretty hard there.

The people are very intelligent, great to work with, and I count them as friends as well as colleagues. The work being done is also interesting, cutting edge, and meaningful. A lot of companies say they want to make the world a better place but I truly believe the work being done here will. Employees are not taken for granted and ideas/opinions are taken seriously and listened to. Professional and personal is also encouraged and facilitated. Management cares about the wellbeing of their employees.

There aren’t really any cons that aren’t just part of doing this kind of work. I’d say it can be stressful and hard work but that should be expected in a high performance work environment.
