      Pros

      - vast majority of the employees are incredible, smart, and kind - you can go after the work that you want to pursue - projects are fun and you actually can make a difference

      Cons

      - the very few that are not great and do not do work are carried along, they don’t get fired and it is disappointing because the rest of the company has to pick up their slack
